It’s a nostalgia sharing the childhood days, when a small village guy dreamt of colouring the skies of cosmopolitan cities, I was born to a farmer family in a small village of Kutch in Gujarat, I always had an affection for nature since I have the gene of farmers who love their “floras and faunas,” having over 250 Acres of plantations of Pomegranates, Dates and Mangoes. Similarly enjoying village life with 100+ cattle including horses.
Started my real estate journey in 2002 under the brand name of “Shradhha Developers,” it certainly appeared impossible in the beginning but with all the love and trust by and from the Om Ahmedabad Film City clients the present is simply bountiful. Our principle rooted in the belief that real estate isn't just about bricks and mortar; it's about creating vibrant communities that foster creativity, collaboration, and cultural exchange. By integrating residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, we aim to shape environments where every moment is an opportunity for inspiration.
